Does Windows Defender remove tracking cookies?

My Norton Lifelock removes tracking cookies periodically. I'm seriously thinking of ditching Norton in favor of Defender, but I need a way to automatically identify tracking cookies so I can remove them.

I don't think Defender deals with cookies, but I use Bitdefender Internet Security which takes command from Defender, so I'm not sure.

I don't know about automatically, but CCleaner can remove cookies (with the option to save some that you want).
And every browser I've ever seen has a one click method for clearing the cache and removing cookies.

Basically all cookies can be used for tracking, just remove all except whitelisted.

Lengthy article below about Vivaldi's Cookie Crumbler. Interesting statement that when you click on the "accept cookies" notice, permission is given for trackers to create behavior profiles.

    True ?

Vivaldi’s logic for the new feature, affectionately called “Cookie Crumbler,” is that while giving users control over how they’re tracked is good, doing so through a pop-up “leads to clicking ‘allow’ or ‘accept’ without realizing that unwittingly users just gave permission for trackers to create behavioral profiles about them,” Vivaldi writes

Thanks. I'm already using this add-on but I go to enough different websites that some cookies still sneak through. And a very persistent third-party cookie from rubiconproject keeps getting deleted but reappearing.

So I just enabled the Cookie Auto Clean feature of this plug-in.
