Comodo firewall install error 12029 - Help

I know this isn't what you want to hear... but I would try Tinywall (free) instead of Comodo.

I'm going to stick with Comodo.....I think my problem is Simplewall and I'm going to try and uninstall it again first.

So to do what you posted Fabler2 I have to re-install simplewall...Correct....Otherwise how do I use "simplewall.exe / unistall ....Is this correct ?

That's what I would do and follow what elimn posted.

Just use the offline installer.

When it runs do a custom install and uncheck components other than firewall.

Ok everybody my problem has been solved ......And it was simplewall still blocking everything on my PC.....So I installed it again and disabled the filters then installed Comodo then uninstalled simplewall.
So a big thank you to everyone that contributed to this thread.....I'm sure glad I only tried simplewall on one of my 4 PC's.
