    Windows firewall is very robust, you just need to work with the rules.

    FortKnox Firewall can do almost anything, but oddly you can not define IP ranges.
    Windows 10 Firewall Control is perfect, but creating rules is way too complicated.
    Windows Firewall Control is part of Malwarebytes, but still available separately.
    Simplewall is another WF's GUI as one man's project, so it might be buggy.
