    Sorry to hear that. I guess a repair upgrade is in order. You would need to do it anyway, since support for 1909 ends in 2 months, Windows will then force the upgrade, so it is better to do it at your own terms.

    Good morning. Are you saying that my Win 10 is out of date? I have everything set to update automatically so fully expected I had the latest version.

    I am busy today but will look at this over the weekend. Thanks again for your help and have a good weekend. Colin

    It's been a busy week or so and I have only just got around to updating to Windows version 20H2. Unfortunately it has not helped with the problem, but thank you so much for the suggestion.

    I'm beginning to accept that my only solution is to pay for a VPN as that is the only way that I can connect to those sites. If you have any suggestions for a reasonably priced and reliable VPN I would appreciate it.
