Windows Defender Offline stops at 91%-Solved

Ran Windows Defender offline this morning for no particular reason. I'm pretty sure machine is clean. Full system scan and Malwarebytes found no threats. It got to 91% then closed and restarted. Any idea why it stopped ?

Last couple of lines in the log read:

2021-02-07T19:44:28.880Z Service stop requested (ServiceError: 0x0). Calling CleanupMpService ...
2021-02-07T19:44:28.880Z On demand scan closed without completion. Current scan state: 1. ScanSource: 7, Scan flags:0x10050004. NumberOfResources:16. bRemoveFromList:1

Thanks in advance for your help.

I found the answer. mssWrapper log reads:

    INFO 2021/02/07 11:44:28:864 TID:1364 PID:1332
Scan completed successfully, attempting to clean any active malware. Number of threats from scan: 0

All good. Marked solved (and added to title as seen on another thread)

I googled it, It might be here...
How do I view defender logs?
To view a Microsoft Defender Antivirus event
    Open Event Viewer.
In the console tree, expand Applications and Services Logs, then Microsoft, then Windows, then Windows Defender.
    Double-click on Operational.
In the details pane, view the list of individual events to find your event.

@Xenon 775 For future readers' benefit, do you mind posting the full name of msssWrappe and its directory? My file/folder cannot locate anything close to that name.
