WD forcing Passwords every time i log on to outlook Office

Seems latley that WD Security is bogging down opening Office 2013 Outlook, I get an dialog popup requesting Password, then 30 or so seconds I get another for a different email account this goes though all 10 of my email addresses every time I try to log on takin over 5 minutes
This is happening on a new Dell 3440 Precision Win 10 Pro for workstation, and on my Notebooks Which are all on Win 10 Pro all are up to date 2004 . 19041.685
I'm not much up on Windows Defender as I use Norton and Malwarebytes. I am aware of the Norton bug that essentially does the same thing except they come up as antispam popup and all my accounts are secure so Norton antivirus can't read through them i have that feature disabled

this new on from WD seems to have started with .685 update?
Anyone have any Ideas maybe something I can turn off in WD settings?

If your using Norton it should have turned Windows Defender off, so in theory you should not be getting any popups from it. I would check for malware as something seems fishy here.

    Clint,

1 Please post a screenshot of the dialog.
2 Please explain why you think WD is causing the dialog.
3 Please go to each of your email accounts to check if it is rejecting your login attempts. Check the equivalents of this page MS Account - recent activity

Her is one I get every time I reboot.
this looks like a Windows Security request
Eventually I do get all accounts open in outlook Unlike a few months ago there was a Norton issue due to Norton AntiSpam which can not see through the SSL security So it was throwing this same error. Which is resolved by disabling the feature in Norton which I have disabled.
The other issue seems that my MS Account has to be signed into every time i reboot I gen the notification that MS Account has an error and needs to be fixed. clinking the mortification leads to me signing in to that account wit my fingerprint or Pin.
I am using a local account on all units with MS account running in the back ground , mostly for the New Edge and what ever apps are using that account. This is happening on all my units maybe some setting i can't find in my MS Account? I think these are to different issues?
I guess Ill uninstall Norton and see if that stops it if so deal with them

I believe Norton indeed cause the issue, the fixes do not work, I had the plugin disabled but found some other setting to further prevent Norton from trying to read my SSL secure email accounts.
I have known about this issue for quite awhile now, Norton have made some changes to prevent us from blocking the Plugin to Outlook So next is to check each of my other devices to change these new settings.

    Clint,

Before I forget, either delete your previous diagrams or use these censored versions because email addresses can be harvested even though they are in diagrams.

And, unless you played around to make it appear as short it did in your diagram, I also think that you should change your password in the right-hand one. Now.
    - Cracking the existing password would only take a moment.
    - And I haven't researched password cracking for five years so it might well take less than a tenth of a moment these days.
