    Device security

All the items on security at a glance in Defender say no action needed except Device Security.
When I click on it, it is confusing to me. I have secure boot enabled but things like core isolation are fuzzy.
if I leave Defender in its default am I ok or do I need to do anything with the device security entry where is says
"View status and manage hardware features?"

I am not concerned about hiding device security as I am getting the most protection my machine can get. It seems my hardware is not adequate or not turned on but I do not now if I can, is it possible on my pc, how to do it if possible.

I read that page but it is too difficult for me . Mine says view status and manage hardware security features.
I just want to optimize my security but that explanation is for a highly skilled user.
    Thank you
