    Malwarebytes blocked an ip address?

It goes to some place in New Jersey when looked up.
What I would like to know, how is that impacted my PC, how does it appear malicious on my PC?
Never seen this before, what does it mean happened?
But the summary says no threats.

Your first screenshot shows the free version so I guess the second screenshot showing the detection on 9-25-2020 was during your free trial period.
During your trial period you were protected from whatever the block had prevented.
Fyi, The scanning portion of Malwarebytes has its limits.

Malwarebytes does not target script files during a scan.. That means MB will not target; JS, HTML, VBS, .CLASS, SWF, BAT, CMD, PDF, PHP, etc.
It also does not target documents such as; PDF, DOC, DOCx, XLS, XLSx, PPT, PPS, ODF, etc.
It also does not target media files; MP3, WMV, JPG, GIF, etc.
Malwarebytes will detect files like these on execution only with the anti-exploit module of the paid program.

Does WD and other AV's automatically target these files ?

As mentioned here, Malwarebytes targets file content, not file extension.

    True for most AV/AM products.

For example, You get an attachment that is a word document, It may already known to Defender and will get deleted if bad/known, Malwarebytes will only stop the file if executed with the exploit protection of the paid version of Malwarebytes.
You could scan a word document all day and even if bad, Malwarebytes will not tell you in a scan.
