McAfee bots

I reinstalled Win 10 and ever since I keep getting McAfee pop ups.
I tried resetting my browser and ran the McAfee removal tool. Any ideas?

when does it happen only in browser or certain time a screenshot may help. Anything in shedules

It seems to happen anytime. Not just at browser opening. Here is a screen shot.

I tried to upload a picture, it said it was up loading?
Well anyway it says

Set up McAfee Total protection Now.

Then click for details. When I do... Then it jumps to wanting credit card number, email address and phone number.
I don't think it from McAfee!
Maybe I need to run a malware program?

Run your AV and also AdwCleaner, above link.

Have you downloaded any software like CCleaner or others that may have McAfee attached as a download ? Did the McAfee cleanup tool find entries ?

Manually check your registry and system files and delete any unwanted/suspicious files. If situation appears more complex consider a Reset.
