If you want to do some troubleshooting regarding your infection problem with the goal to ensure nothing bad happened, first step is to get hardware firewall capable of logging traffic, for example see following description:
IBM Cloud Docs
As you can see, already in the very start you need to invest several hundred dollars into hardware that you don't even need for every day life, and then there won't be some magic sort function that would let you filter data based on bad IP or good IP. you'll have do a lot of troubleshooting, and this steps is just 1% of your total malware detection process.
Some people are not afraid to live with malware, because they care more about software they got in exchange, and secondly they probably don't have any data that is too valuable to them on their "zombie PC".

As you can see, unless you belong to these brave zombie aware people, you should probably rethink your retraction of thank, because my reply to your problem wasn't to make fun of anti viruses but to give an advice that is at best 98% efficient.

To be completely honest with you I'm really happy to see someone who puts facts where they belong regarding computer security.
I have nothing against you
