App and browser control

Some apps stored, not installed, are shown as threats in App and browser control., example pw102-free.exe. It showed various other programs also. I have removed all of them. Still after removing them also it shows as shown below as if still files are existing. What to do?.

Click on "Actions" and perform default action, ex: "deny" or "block"
this should make the windows defender clear it's internal state.

I still use 10.2 lol seems fine
I open it and say 11.5 is detected for download I've been clicking no.

I have already deleted said files as remove in actions was not working. Still I get warning for the files already deleted.

I have not installed. I just had installer file in a folder. Still I get warning even after deleting that installer file.

You can't clear protection history.
If by "warning" you mean it's shown in protection history, there is nothing you can do about it.
