Windows Firewall major issue
Hello, guys. So today I got message on my PC saying that my Windows firewall is off. I tried every possible solution that I could find to no avail. Also, when I type services.msc, I can't find Windows firewall service at all, I can only find Windows defender service but I can't perform any actions on it, it just gives me "system cannot find the file specified" error. I couldn't even access services until I did some registry tweaks, which is weird because I remember not having that issue before. When I try to troubleshoot the issue, it gives me "a problem is preventing troubleshooting from starting" with error 0x80070057.
I should also mention that I have issues with Malwarebytes real-time web protection, which I cannot turn on anymore; all the other layers are turned on, though. I will try to fix this issue later by doing a clean reinstall of the app.
I feel like I have no real admin privileges because when I turned off Malwarebytes to check windows defender, I got a message saying "the security of your system is managed by your organization". I fixed this by doing some registry tweaks, but it seems super weird to me because I'm the owner of the license and also the only user.
I would really appreciate if someone could guide me on how to fix this, and how to gain full control over my PC and its security.
I have Windows 1, version 1909, build 18363.900
