Thanks dude... But really? Do you REALLY REALLY REALLY want this on your poor PC? Look at what it can do, all the damage! https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi...BryteInstaller
    Thanks RingTailCoon.

The Vuze App is very important for me so I'm certain I want PUA:Win32/iBryteInstaller on my PC.

What have you Allowed? The Vuze app or that trojan?

You need to add the Vuze app to your exclusions as I said before.

    Thanks Try3!

I just checked and PUA:Win32/iBryteInstaller is on the list in "Allowed Threats".

Do bear in mind that PUA just means Potentially unwanted application. WD is not saying that your computer is being attacked but that this application might have been installed without your express agreement.

Based on my extensive experience of using WD Exclusions once, I suggest that you add the folder Vuze is in to your Exclusions.
Add or Remove Exclusions for Microsoft Defender - TenForumsTutorials
Add an exclusion to Windows Security - MSSupport
Do remember that you are turning off WD's protection for that folder so I think it will also be worth going to the Vuze website and finding out what they are doing to explain & remedy the detection. If they ever fix the problem then you can remove the exclusion.

Ideally, you would want to go back to that Allowed entry and remove it so that any similar 'threat' would be acted upon in the future but I know of no method for doing so.
    - I looked into this once before but I did not find any method for doing this.
    - It might be that WD will stop showing the entry after 30 days anyway. That's its default period for clearing its history.
