I suggest you locate it on your PC, examine the path, try rt click Properties, and upload it to Virustotal.

Welcome to Windows Ten Forums!
You can, as @dalchina said above, submit to VirusTotal:
VirusTotal
Or you can also use Malwarebytes Free edition (on demand) for home:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/for-home/products/
If you wish both can be used to get a solid opinion.
What does ZA say about it?
HTH
ZA doesn't have a recommendation or a complete path. I am unable to find with search including hidden files and folders. malware bytes has come back empty for days. That is why i am asking. i am not sure what to make of it. I have also scanned with panda, avast, and defender. I have also scanned with SAS.
Open the Command Prompt as a administrator and execute below command to display location of file that match the search pattern.
Code:where /r C: 57c142d5-d091-4787-a501-1def707df9ac.exe
