Is it being used for Win10 Pro or just a additional directory doing nothing ?
You may enable WD advanced settings via GPO, Powershell or by using the ConfigureDefender app. These settings aren't available through the Windows Security Center, which only has default settings. ConfigureDefender is the easiest way to enable advanced settings.
