    OneSafe PC Cleaner it seems I am infected but not found by antimalware

    I get the false positives of viruses and links to OneSafe PC Cleaner Premium page but neither Malwarebytes nor uninstall can actually find the program so I can get rid of it. What is going on?

    When and where do you see these warnings? Do you happen to use Chrome as you browser?

    I assume Malwarebytes is reporting these warnings?

    Could you export and post a protection log from Malwarebytes showing these warnings/detections.

    No only just installed Malwarebytes. It is alerts on Win10 Defender. I have McAfee Security Suite as required by my service provider (JCOM). Defenders lists PUA and others OneSafe PC Cleaner it seems I am infected but not found by antimalware-virus-warnings.gif

    Also my hard disk has been running fast. I removed some startups and the operating system failed to load maybe because it is cold. Currently running full scan on McAfee after the quick scan found no problems.

    McFee also found no viruses on a full scan, yet still getting Windefender alerts.

    Hi you cant or shouldn't be using two av's. I would get rid of McAfee using the uninstall tool. McAfee is known to cause issues.

    well I am not going to say to disable it. it is your choice I have already gave my opinion on what one to get rid of. seen so many people have computer issues that came down to McAfee being the issue.

    @cloa513
    If that is windows 10, that defender window seems to be fake to me. With Mcafee installed Defender is automatically disabled.

    It is Chrome reporting that is the issue. I removed the Free Video Converter, Online Video Downloader, Screen Recorder - OnlineVideoConverter.com and hopefully that will fix it.
