Phishing Attack?

I keep getting this message, should I be worried?

It started while I was working and checking hospital websites. I have checked svchost.exe with VirusTotal which came up negative.

I've seen that posted elsewhere earlier....found it - Last One To Post Wins [161]

It may be worth keeping an ye there in case there is more info.

Got the same thing, 2 in a row back to back..... about 2 hours ago. First time and none since.

Don't know. It's an outbound request. MS Azure.

Is it less of a concern if its outgoing than incoming?
