    Trojan "splitpicapp.com" Removal?

I started getting Malwarebytes blocking notices yesterday. They are coming up once every hour notifying me it is blocking a suspected trojan - see screenshot below. Malwarebytes scan does not find anything and Windows Defender scan also does not find anything. How do I get rid of it?

There is a Split Pic App available for IOS and Android. Maybe that’s what Malwarebytes is seeing?

I don't have Android and I never had that app for my iPhone and don't link my phone to Win 10. So I don't think that is the reason.

Since it is Malwarebytes detecting it I would take advantage of Malwarebytes forums.

I'm marking this solved as I decided to just do a restore from a Macrium disc image that is 5 days old. I'm not losing any data with this.

Just an FYI, I looked at the website splitpicapp.com and it looks like its been abandoned. Interesting. I wonder how it got on your system, maybe on another piece of software. Glad you got it fixed.

Sadly complete reinstall from a Macrium Reflect disc image before the problem didn't solve it. Its still doing it once an hour.
I've also ran Malwarebytes scan on the other drives I have attached and nothing was found.

Can you block it in your Firewall and/or in your Hosts file?
