    forgive me sir, but i cant understand something... this anti malware already inside the defender right ? why it need to updated manual ?

    It is an update for the Microsoft Defender antivirus engine. You don't need to update it manually. Windows will update it automatically from Windows Update. Manual installation is just an optional way for installing in offline mode.

    EnvioX,

    I don't know how you update your Defender platform or anti-malware definitions with windows update services disabled.
    You might use a batch file or PS script to update definitions. In both cases, platform updates will be downloaded & installed along with new definitions so you do not need to take any separate action for platform updates.
