I don't think so. Again, I had two identical freshly reinstalled computers (actually cloned since they were identical) and that is what really started bothering me about the discrepancy.

Yet meanwhile a fast ring Insider that is now r2004+ 10.0.19564.1000 and during the entirety of it's run and dozens of release updates between r1909 to r2004 has always been behind and always last to update... and so it was stuck on 4.18.2003.8.

With this trick, yesterday after my post and while the ink was still wet, I was able to upgrade half a dozen puters from ..2004.5 to ..2004.6 just hours after I had just first upgraded them from ..2003.8,

Same here... I have 1 PC that updated to 2004.6 while the other is still on 2003.8...

Very weird...

Just got updated from 4.18.2003.8 to 4.18.2004.6 via Windows Update.

It's now on MS catalog.

Good day. I have somehow seen this upon updating to w10 v2004. It's now on MS Catalog.

Well now, after my clean install of 2004, I officially feel like I've been kicked out of the Windows Defender Platform Seekers Club
