Windows Hello PIN?  

I have only a Local Windows 10 Account which is a standalone machine (Non-Domain). I went into the Group Policy settings and all I see there is Windows Hello for Business.


If setting up a Windows Hello PIN from the Settings/Sign-In options, would it still use the TPM by default (if available) even If I do not configure the Use a Hardware Security Device Group Policy setting?

Add PIN to your Account in Windows 10
