The HP is on the wi-fi hotspot in my phone. The hotspot can handle both the Dell and the HP at the same time. It is just the bandwith isn't as good as Spectrum (the primary ISP). The hotspot has trouble with things like watching a Youtube movie or anything else live streaming. There is a few other minor bugs in this phone. When the time comes to upgrade I will get a diffrent phone.
So then I can go ahead and connect the Dell and the alert thing will go away for good?

Shouldn't have any issue connecting to hotspot.

How is HP connecting to net? Do you have cellular card or is it just connecting to a different wifi?

Maybe not for good but there should be no reason that your Dell can't connect to backup ISP.

You using any special software on Dell for VPN and client sign in?

I would check date and time on Dell. Not that it should be wrong because primary ISP went down.

The date and time on the Dell are correct. That Alert through me for a loop when the desktop came up this morning. And BTW I am on the Dell now and that security alert window is gone and is not coming back.

I am not sure what the "VPN" is but there is only a very strong computer generated password to sign into the mobile hotspot.
BTW Ken, I know I asked you this before. Where did you find the wild e coyote moving icon? I lost the link to look at the other icons.

I just search images on google. It wasn't very clear and RazCazz did the enhancements.

Always worth checking when Malware involved. Glad it is sorted.
