Has Windows Defender changed the way it updates its malware definitions?
I keep seeing something like Security Intelligence Update from my Windows update history log?
Andre you got that right! New fancy words for something described differently in the past. KISS Keep It Stupid Simple!
Updates kind of piss me off because Win7 automatically installed if I selected this and Win10 doesn't as I was told by a Microsoft rep. Win7 was MUCH EASIER to get to the updates:
Right click on the computer icon and select properties and bang your at the menu and select Windows updates! I find I'm rooting around all the time to find updates to manually check and install.
My beef about 7 is your computer could shut down before your eyse without warning for perpetual updates so I always did it manually.
