when app/software open, it auto-closes pretty fast
someone say its maybe anti virus or firewall
but when something is blocked via firewall it shows a popup
so it couldnt be firewall, yes?

No its not Firewall if this happens at startup then use Autoruns utility to see all startup programs.

Considering your other topics, I guess you have tweaked Windows, privacy apps and such?
Changing some settings does exactly that, for example when I open Edge, it closes instantly.
Windows has many dependencies, it is hard to pinpoint the exact cause other way than the trial and error.

1) Is this a corporate PC?
2) Group Policy settings might be in play here. Have you made any changes?
3) Have you tried starting the software as true Administrator?
