    Installing Software (No Connection)

I been researching online about the possibility to install software without having a connection otherwise offline. I really need to install Malwarebytes and Bitdefender so I can do a scan. I haven't been able to get any connection and I believe maybe there's malware or a virus in my PC. I tried burning Malwarebytes onto a CD and run it from that but no luck. Any suggestions???
