    It is just one extra layer of protection. From the past? Absolutely! But so is the hosts file protection. Working pretty much the same.

    Taking no resources. I'm still having it on all of my systems. Updating once per month.

    Edit: when install, check manual updates if you want to remain on the free version. It the only difference

    Last time I used HOSTS, it brought the internet speed to the crawl, it is better to use HOSTS in extensions.
