    Download and install: Everything software:

    voidtools

It will index everything on the internal and external drives.
    It's instantaneous search.

    Enter softonic > view results

    Hi there

all these virus removal programs can never be guaranteed to fix things -- the only 100% sure way is to clean install windows --then regularly take backups -- free macrium is good and only takes at the most around 30 mins (often a lot less on typical systems with an SSD fitted). Then if you do get infected easy to restore clean backup -- far quicker and more reliable anyway.

Why risk using an infected machine to repair itself !!!! it's a bit like deliberately flying a defective plane and trying to repair it in the air --as a private pilot I'd rather have it fixed while it's on the ground thank you !!!!!

    Cheers

You could check the scheduled tasks to make sure this pup isn't being re instated from there.

Scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x86 or Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 and save it to your Desktop.

Please download and save it to your Desktop

    • Right-click on FRST icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
    • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    • Make sure that Addition option is checked.
    • Press Scan button and wait.
    • The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

Please upload FRST.txt and Addition.txt files into your next reply.
