How can I disable this annoying pop-up from Microsoft

    Windows 10 Home ver. 1903

Frequently, when playing an online game, I get the pop-up in the picture below, sometimes, at very very inopportune times. Such as when the swing meter is coming "down" on an eagle putt. The pop up blocks the entire right side of my screen, and that is where the swing meter is in-game. The frustrating thing is this: I don't use Windows Defender, I have Webroot Secure Anywhere as my anti-virus, and it is NEVER off. Every time I get this intrusive message, I check right away, and the Firewall is ON. Plus the message says to tap or click to see installed anti-virus apps, but tapping and clicking does nothing.

    God, I HATE Microsoft!!!

    Any help would be appreciated.

This is 3 years old, so you might look a bit more into Webroot's answer to your problem ... "Windows Defender and Webroot SecureAnywhere are both turned off." NO THEY'RE NOT! | Webroot Community

I clicked on the link you provided, and Webroot said it would be resolved when the new version is installed. Three years ago. Now, a new post on the same thread says it is happening again with the latest release. That is 1 month ago. I think you are right, I need to discuss this with Webroot.

    Thank you for the response.
