I kept Kaspersky for now, works quite well. I re-installed win 10, and Kaspersky, don't even notice it now.
CannonRebel, in my honest opinion Kaspersky is the absolute BEST out there.
I've been using Kaspersky Antivirus for over 15 years now, upgrading to the latest version of course, and i am super happy with it.
I also used a lot of other antiviruses in the past such as : Avast, Bitdefender, ESET, Norton and none of them even come close to Kaspersky in terms of protection and resource management, at least that was my experience with them. Bitdefender and Norton are both resource hogs and just make any PC run slower.
The only real issue i actually had with Kaspersky was some sort of bug a few days ago where the Kaspersky icon would not appear in the taskbar tray, but that's all fixed now. Fun fact, i only had to restart the PC to fix it and it never happened again. Anyway the program might've been running and just the icon wasn't in the tray, i think it was just a minor bug.
If you like Kaspersky then go for it, i recommend it with all my heart, it has saved me from some nasty viruses in the past countless of times and it is an excellent antivirus.
The price, at least where i live, is also very good : 10 euros/1-year license.
I am using ESET Nod 32 right now, I tried many antivirus software but I always return to ESET. It is fast and lightweight too.
I was on McAfee, but just scored bought premium MalwareBytes as it was picking up more than them. and more impressed with its not so much intrusion on the rest of the system.
