    Antivirus


    Just reinstalled W10 and reading what it needs for security it says it only needs defender but years I used avast but did reading on third party software and so far with only defender I do my updates every morning and see updates for defender then I run after updates are done

    Depending on your surfing habits, Defender should be good enough. A number of us also have Malwarebytes.

    You have all the updates? There was a problem a couple of weeks ago.

    Yes, all updated. The quick scan works, but I wanted to do a full scan and it won't run - keeps stopping???

    What build are you on? Insider or RTM?

    Works for me in 1903, build 18362.387

    Yes, on SLOW build insider. This is what I got above. after several attempts, I see I have backdoor

    I have read this, no it is not corrected. It is on 3 of my 5 computers and Malwarebytes cannot seem to discover it.?????
