Do you have versioned backups of your data?

If yes, perhaps a clean install would be better than trying to find a way to unlock the files without paying up.

    Hope this helps.

Unless you prefer a clean install, open a ticket there, Broni will take care of it.

    Hi.
Sorry, I'm a little late here.
I would first make a backup of your drive and all the encrypted data, and store it away for safe keeping. Then I would begin trying to decrypt it. The link bro67 gave you is the best place to go for help. Follow their instructions and see if you are able to accomplish anything. Ask for help there if you need it.

Remember to hang on to the backup of your data, in case you are unable to decrypt it right now - you may be able to decrypt it in the future.
    Never pay the ransom.
