remove or block "www.greenstyle.it"

A few days ago, ads have begun to appear on my screen with the source indicated GreenStyle - Ambiente, energie rinnovabili, salute e benessere. It is an Italian website when, if opened, has many pages of ads. I can read Italian and the pop ups seem harmless. However, 1, the continuous pop ups are annoying and 2. I've had similar seemingly harmless pop ups that turned out to be malicious software.

Any help on how to delete and/or block it would be much appreciated.

You can log into your Router and block it there.
Or, you can let us know what brower you're using in order to block it there.
Or, you can let us know what security software you use - so we can see if you can block it there.

I have no idea you could, let alone how, to block things from the router . Can you help me with that?

I have a lenovo MODEL: G580 idea pad laptop running on Windows 10 using the google chrome browser.

I think your suggestions are better to try first. If these are unsuccessful, I'll try the experts and tenforums.

FYI. I have a Lenovo 850 idea pad laptop. I am running widows 10 google chrome browser and Malawarebytes security software.
