Manually updating Windows Defender Antimalware Platform

I have downloaded latest KB file for updating WD Antimalware Platform from MS catalog for an offline PC I own.

But there are three different executables with very long names. How do you apply the update? Do I need to run every one of them?

    TIA.

The answer is in the file descriptions -
The top one is the arm64 version
The middle one is the x86 version
The bottom one is the amd64 version.

You will have the SFC error problem back when you update the platform.
    - Since the target computer is offline, why bother updating it?
    - Or at least, why bother updating it now when there will eventually be a platform update that does not have corrupt files?
