Stop UAC from popping up every time I start Everything Search

I have Everything Search set to run as Administrator. How can I stop the UAC popup every time I start it without turning off UAC?

On a more generic level, how can I tell UAC to allow any specific program to run as Administrator without bothering me with the annoying popup?

If you know how to set the search up to run in a command line / shortcut then you can use this

Denis, Everything starts at boot and sits in the System Tray.

Callender, not having any success getting it to work using the tool you sent. Tool works fine and creates the Context menu entry but modifying the Startup folder link for Everything doesn't seem to work. It creates the scheduled task and says it's elevated but Everything is really not running as Administrator.

I'll work on it some more later.
