AntiSpam OE Hook Launcher Message from Windows Security

I keep getting the attached message on my Win10/64 computer. It seems to appear when my computer is idle for awhile. I have filled in the password and pressed OK but it just disappears for a moment and then comes back. If I hit cancel it goes away until the next time my computer is idle for awhile. It appears to be coming from Windows Security but I cannot find where that might be. I have both Norton and Malware Bytes on my computer. This started a few months ago, I have not added any programs but I have changed my default email address to outlook. I am thinking this is a result of a Windows update.

Interesting reading but doesn't solve my problem. I was on a chat with Norton for an hour and they said it was Windows fault and it probably is.

The only other thing would be if the Outlook profile, pst or ost has a password, or you are using Bitlocker.

The Problem may be solved, fingers crossed. I use the Outllook App (from the Office Suite) for my primary email account but there is another email app that comes free with Win10. On my computer you can access the program by clicking on the Windows key on the keyboard. The icon is a white envelope. I have never used this application to read emails so never added accounts to enable this program. Somehow accounts were added and when I changed passwords for my Outlook account, this app did not sync up automatically. I guess I was supposed to go in manually and enter the new information. I eliminated all the accounts stored in the app and the problem seems to have gone away. My PC has been on all day without the dreaded "OE HOOK Launcher message appearing. I will not mark this closed just yet.

    Antispam OE Hook Launcher

From Ron_the_Rack on Norton Community Forum
I went though "Norton Security / Help / Get Support". This runs a Norton AutoFix script, and this time it identified an issue in the installation. The script corrected the issue, and my AntiSpam software now works correctly without the AntiSpam OE Hook Launcher log-in dialog appearing
