"the system could not find the environment option that was entered"

Please any point in the right direction I'd really appreciate thank you.

Basically I believe a virus has changed my admin privileges and may even have erased my restore points. I cant open third party apps or access my admin privileges even though I'm logged in as administrator . only way to start up cmd with admin rights is to do it from safe mode
im just trying to save what data i can off my laptop before worst case senairo i have a major crash or have to reformat completely. here are some screen shots of my system and error messages I'm getting . thank you for taking the time to help if you do.

I'd be happy to try anything at this point I have been working on it for couple days now.

sorry if I have placed this is the wrong category or have violated the rules in anyway please take it easy on me, thank you.

Try using Clean Boot to isolate any software caused problems:

Do you have any System Restore points. That seems to be one fix for this problem.
See here: How to Do a System Restore of Windows 10
Option One: To Do a System Restore of Windows 10 at Boot

This is also a good time for me to point out the joy of doing regular image backups. If you have then recovery would be a 30 minute or less restore of your latest backup image.

If you are not doing so, as soon as this problem is resolved, you need to backup your current install. The best way to do this is to use Macrium Reflect Free to make an image backup to an external hard drive. If you don't have an external hard drive now is a good time to get one as regular backup should be a part of your normal process. You can get a 1TB external hard drive for $60 (less if on sale).
