What Firewall are you running? Have you checked to see if a rule is preventing access to Internet?

To see Windows firewall click Start and type

Windows Defender firewall with Advance Security (at least English version)

I imagine a virus might have blocked it, maybe via HOSTS?

Since you have Pro version, why do not you contact them?

Building on that idea open the Host file

    C:\windows\System32\drivers\etc\host

Lines in a host file with a # sign in front of them are "Commented Out". They are there for information purposes.

Do you have any active lines?

Because i don't have idea if it's just my issue/trouble or if it's a common issue maybe caused, for example, by windows 10 or other my software i installed recently.

Apparently not......... under the default comment's there's nothings...... my host file's it's totaly cleared:
    Code:
    # Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
    #
    # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    #
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
    # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
    # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
    # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
    # space.
    #
    # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
    # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    #
    # For example:
    #
    # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
    # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

    # localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
    # 127.0.0.1 localhost
    #    ::1             localhost

    *EDIT*
On this last about two hours i have also tryed to do some research by google about some errors in my log report...
For example i have found this article:
AVAST and Avira confirms April 2019 Update issues | Born's Tech and Windows World

It's a recent article.......say Avira as confirm update problems whit latest patch of windows 7 apparently 8.x and 10.
Someone can confirm or know some information about this ?

Lets assume this is true. I would think the Avira forum would be the best bet, this is an excellent forum but for a specific product I think I would head there. I would note that aticle you posted in the Avira section it talked about running slow, not about being unable to get updates.

I think is was already mentioned if you bought, the Pro Version, then you should be entitled to some support.

One last thing I would try. See if Avira has a removal tool on their site that provides for a complete removal.

    Then re-installed.

Before doing this take any precautions to release license so you can re-install.

    Sorry for my late answers.........

In this week i have tryed so many ways.... i have tryed already to uninstall and reinstall after a uninstallation do by RevoUninstaller (and do a complete remove to registry) reboot windows an do a reinstall but apparently this not resolve this issue.

I have already tryed to contacted the support...... i have contacted the support and i have reported some logs...... apparently this my current license it's workings on windows 7 and it's working on other pc but it's not works on my home pc and i don't have idea if it's my internet provider issue or if it's a my windows setup.

Also over internet apparently there are not many users reporting similar issue and i don't thinks avira team can investigate about this my issue....

Time to ditch them and move on.

If all other online activities work then this is their issue and they should support you.

If you have a spare disk you could see if a clean installation works. This would then indicate it is your issue or their issue.

Yes.... I need to know for example if Avira it's completely supported on windows 10... For example about 5 minutes ago i see on "Security" tabs on windows 10 and here Avira it's reported installed but it's say it's disabled and it's appears to my a notify to enable windows defender.

Very strange because there's a totally different advice....... apparently Avira there's no report errors in his services... all apparently it's works but only the update procedure fail every time..... :)
For now i don't thinks a clean installation of windows it's a good idea.......... but i can confirm internet it's works whitout any apparently issue....... i don't have idea if it's only a avira issue or somethigs like incompatible whit my os setup.....

This page has several hits on updating.

    Answers Knowledgebase - Avira Support

I hear you on clean install but I would try this only on a spare disk. I have to believe Avira works with Windows 10, otherwise they would be out of business.

You could try these commands to do so reset in your network.

Run the following six bolded commands. Use a Command Prompt(admin) or Powershell(admin)

Do not key in info in brackets, there for your information.

ipconfig /flushdns (Clear the dns cache)
nbtstat -RR (release and refresh NetBIOS names)
netsh int ip reset (reset ip settings)
netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock Catalog)
netsh interface ip delete arpcache (reset Address Resolution Protocol cache)
    netsh advfirewall reset
