Windows administrative tools is where I found system information and after right clicking it, I pinned it to Start for ez reference. It is here I found system information> virtualization based security.
I was thinking of Oracle's VM and did not know if this has to be enabled along with other Virtual mentions near virtualization based security . I think I should not enable hyper-v as that would be for Windows and would conflict with 3rd party.
This of course all guess work.

Also not enabled for me. I also use Oracle VB, Windows Defender and MBAM Premium.

Found this article: Enable virtualization-based protection of code integrity
