    Firewall Settings am I Secure? Ports 135, 139, 445

I feel these settings are not correct or SAFE in my Windows Firewall. I just recently took my laptop in to computer repair tech. due to our computer acting funky, thinking we may have a virus or been hijacked again. Can someone please tell me if this looks right. I dont think it does. (The pics do not show all the allowed apps, many more). I would also like to know why I have a folder named YOUR PHONE? And if I do NOT own a XBOX why are any of those folders check marked. Ports on my laptop 135,139, 445 OPEN? Sense when? HOW? Previously (3 years ago) we determined we were hacked as the mouse cursor moved by itself to our pictures folder and started deleting files. Than accounts notify us intruders had our passwords, etc. We got a new router and changed password. But somehow believe this is happening again?

Please go to this site and run the test there: GRC

    https://prnt.sc/n0tp6j and https://prnt.sc/n0tpda

Post a screenshot of the results (making sure to blank out any identifiable information such as your IP address).

    Thanks.

That is my understanding as well. Running a port probe at GRC Shields up always indicates my ports are in stealth mode as I run Samba v 2.0 on my computers (2 Windows 10, 1 Windows 7 and 1 Linux Ubuntu).
