Win10 Security Center actions required but I see none there all green?

Hi, what is your Windows build please? Windows key + r, winver.

Sadly most people don't include this and unfortunately it's not a forum requirement.

I had the same problem but once windows defender kicked in and updated it went away. have had no problems since.
