Weird Startup Entry, Not associated to any folder it seems, wgc
Planning maybe to purchase newer SSD or Storage drive for birthday 2 Thursdays away, then possibly doing whole system clean install at that point, unless i'd be wasting money doing that as my Current Western Digital non 3D nand SSD shows 88 percent life remaining in it's dashboard software, and Don't see to have issues with my Toshiba 1tb OEM storage drive

Do you see a path to a file, or is it invalid?
Autoruns (free from MS) can be very useful here.
Path Invalid, tried that part already, WIll look at Autoruns in a second here, Might not be malicious at all, could be connected to Wargaming.net game center that i had installed in the way past lol, guess didn't uninstall too properly lol if that is what it is

Autoruns lets you Find wgc, then you will probably see it's highlighted as not existing, and Autoruns lets you delete it.
Generally a good idea to use Revo Uninstaller or Geek Uninstaller which do a scan after normal uninstall. (free version useful)
except that doesn't suwo up in Revo uninstaller Free, i checked, even went as far as reinstalling World of Warplanes, then Add/Remove Programs after not seeing it in Revo, checked uninstall game as well, and all settings, then said was done, still listed in Add/Remove though
Ok got that taken care of i think, used Autoruns to fully take care of it, Not sure why wasnt' seen with Revo Uninstaller Free at all, but in any case taken care of now
