This looks like a good place to start: VirTool:INF/Autorun.gen threat description -Windows Defender Security Intelligence. Plenty of good information available through your favorite search engine. Stick to well-known reputable sources like Microsoft or your AV maker, and take it from there.

I don't really have much more to add to what EdTittel already pointed out but here are some hopefully useful pointers:

    1. The adware tracking cookies found by SuperAntiSpyware are more of a privacy issue than an actual threat. Most people would likely delete them

    2. You can run a Windows Defender offline scan to try and clear out any remaining problems https://support.microsoft.com/en-nz/...-protect-my-pc

    3. Run an on-demand scan with Malwarebytes

    4. Run an online scan with Eset Online Malware Detection ESET

You'll want to disable autorun on your system, and you may find you need to clean every system that has connected to your router, as many worms spread through the network.
