    Hi there
    Just download latest iso from UUPDUMP and simply re-install Windows from scratch. As the laptop has already been activated then there won't be any problems after new iso download.

    Don't waste your time attempting to cleanse computer with AV software - you can never guarantee that machine will be 100% clean whatever the software says -- the only 100% sure way is clean W10 install.

    Create iso from uupdump (it's automatic), create bootable usb with rufus, boot and install windows.

    Flash is off and pop ups are blocked, by default, at least on the IP 18317, I haven't checked the regular W10.
