Windows Defender Nag Note

Every day I get this message:

..."Virus Protection is turned off. Tap or click to turn on Windows Defender Antivirus"... .

When I click on the message, I get sent to the "Security at a Glance" page.
Everything has Green check marks.

Also ...

Periodically I get a message from Windows Defender that they did a scan and all is well.

What gives here ?? The Left hand knows not what the Right hand is doing.

Any ideas on what is causing this ??

Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > click on one of the Protection areas.

In this case the first one, go to the settings cog lower left > Then probably to both Manage providers, and Manage notifications.

Then obviously select what you prefer by ticking/unticking or toggling the On/Off.

Everything is turned On, if I turn them Off that defeats the purpose of Notifications.
