Eset delete window file

Hello folks. Can you help me please?

Last night (late night) i get new pc with windows 10 inside. Before on old PC i used Eset smart security so i thought it gonna be good idea install this anti-virus in the new pc.

Before and after installation everything was fine. After one hour Eset window pop up with virus message. My head like vanished and i can't tell what that message was and what eset found..

But it was about windows tool search.. and there was 3 word. i just can't remember now. After this i just google it and there was writed that this is not virus but only windows search tool to find all stuff programs etc.

Accidentally i pushed not ignore but clean that "virus". And after this search bar start not show any result. PC start to be slow. Icons on desktop with no logo. I can't turn on some windows programs like Run or Services. What i can use still is Control Panel.

I just don't know what to do and how to fix this. Can you help me please? I don't have restore point. I try rebuild Index by instruction but it not help me. After restart same problem. I think all this because i delete something important.

btw when i search about that "virus" i used Chrome. But after this Clean thing in history i can't look what i write because there is no history about it.

I try google about eset and virus he found in win 10 but i can't found what particular it calls.. what i remember that words was windows, tool, search, exe something like that..

p.s. i need change language in pc. When i open Region & Language window stuck and what i can do just push X to slose. System just can't respond.

I try look solution and here what i get from one test. Maybe this is the problem? Btw today all icons become like blank paper. There is one image on my desktop when i trying open it with windows defaul program it can't open. What i can still use is Chrome browser and control panel.

@essenbe, thank you for your replay. Now i feeling that i em not alone in this world with this problem. :)

Finally i remember what Eset clean! The name was: searchprotocolhostexe - after this file gone when i accidentally pushed button everything start. As i say i can't open any progrem except chrome ant panel.

Btw this window is original and Eset was downloaded from oficial web page. I used 30 trial. Why Eset find searchprotocolhostexe i don't know. It's secret for me too because when i was with win7 everything was fine and i never had problem like this.

I will try read your info page. Just i don't know how i gonna install original win to my usb if i have CD?! I don't have cd drive. And i don't know is USB gonna work..

Does new computer mean fresh out of the box or just New to you and actually 2nd hand ?

@ThrashZone , yes. New PC from shop. As i wrote already last night i touch it first time and this nightmare start.

I read little so maybe first i try fix this problem. After that we will see if somebody can help me from methods.

of course i can chose easy way and make fresh reinstall but i like hard paths. :) I will test if i can plug in USB and if somebody happens in windows.

An example would be most new computers come with security preinstalled like norton/ mcafee/...
This might of been the virus eset found or thought was a virus...

@ThrashZone, this PC was created from parts to play games and do other stuff. But parts was from shop. It was new with boxes not used. I chosed what parts i want and my brother friend help me to add them. I saw all process and after that he install Windows 10 pro from original CD that i bought too. He had external CD drive so install OS was easy for him.

ok about my problem. I tried to do Repair Install but this not help me. Still same problem with not opening programs icons on desk blank. What happens new after this - start menu become black.

I search little about searchprotocolhostexe and i found that couple people (with Avast anti-virus) had same problem with deleting this file. But they just delete it. After that no problem come with that. Btw after Repair searchprotocolhostexe not appear in windows/system32.

I don't have other choise so i will do fresh install. Just before this i want to ask if nobody want to add somewhere clean searchprotocolhostexe file and i can download it? It was great to test if i add that file to system32 folder and see if this fix my problem.
