    Removing Adware?


    I have a question r: removing PackTrackPlus. In Programs this App does not appear however I know I have by seeing the ocon in the upper left and also the bothersome ads appearing everytime I click on a new Site. Any ideas? Thanks in avance-

    Welcome to Tenforums! I believe that is an extension in your browser, not an installed program. And it got there most likely by you installing something else and it trailed along and installed. May also have installed some goodies on your machine without your knowledge. Get rid of it.

    Thanks Dick - After posting I stumbled upon the actual PackTrackPlus Site and followed their instructions to remove. I'm sure the links you provided say same. I appreciate the help / quick response! This looks like a good Forum
