How to Restrict CD/Floppy Access with Registry Keys and Command Prompt

As the title says, I need help finding the proper registry key to disable CD/Floppy Access for Locally Logged on Users under Security Options (Local Security Policies). I'm currently using the "reg add" command in a batch file, but I am unable to change the setting from "Not Defined." Any help finding a more specific key than (MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\AllocateCDRoms) that would work with the "reg add" command, and the parameters that would allow me to change the setting will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi BassoftheC and welcome to Tenforums

You can set that in local Group policy, but the are keys in the registry. Mine are (search for AllocateCDRoms and Allocatefloppies). Set Default values to 0

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SecEdit\Reg Values\MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon/AllocateCDRoms
