You could remove WD's policies or all policies, it should reset them, but it might also break something.
So always backup, like using system imaging (Aoemi or Macrium) prior to trying out anything "extreme".

Just tried this, one of the commands said Access Denied and few of them only partially completed.

EDIT : Still get "Some settings are managed by your organisation..."... And I did restart my computer.

Do you have a system image backup? If so you can try creating a new user account but keep data from your old account.

Enable hidden administrator account.

Sign out of your account and log in to administrator account.

I'm not going to bother with this problem anymore, I just wanted to fix it to be sure like it wouldn't go deeper into other settings. For now it seems alright, let's say it's solved and maybe other people will find a solution to a similar problem.

I actually bought it used, when I got it Windows 8.1 was already on it. When I installed Windows 10 it stayed activated and even after this reinstallation it still shows that's it's activated and I used .iso from the Media Creation Tool.
