    Downloading a new game

Hello! I'm Marc and I have a problem. I've installed Wargaming.net Game Center in order to download World of Tanks and World of Warships (I bet anyone has heard about these games), but they are not downloading. I asked on their forum and they gave me an URL about how to solve the problem. But it is about Windows Firewall, quarantined program list, network protocols and ports, but I don't know how to solve it :) I don't find the quarantined program list and network ports and protocols. Can you please help me? Here is the URL :) : https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/...196/#section_1

Do you have any 3rd party AV, antimalware or firewall programs ? I had no problems downloading and installing either of them.

    No

I do not have any of them. I haven't installed any antivirus or something like that. I use default Windows Firewall, Windows Defender Antivirus and UAC (User Account Control) - I see these at Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Security and Maintenance. Do I need to look elsewhere? :)

As far as I know and remember all you have to do is to agree for game to open a certain port in Firewall in order to have two way communication with game server.
There are Firewall rules you can check from here

When I entered that on advanced settings, at wargaming.net and wows launcher are allowed at any port. Please watch the photos below. So, I really don't know what to do...

Hello Marc, i would first verify that it really is the firewall that is blocking the client from downloading the games. Simply disable the firewall in windows.
    @
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center > Windows Defender Firewall

Then logout / signout / restart ur pc, open the client for and try to download the games. If it works to download the games now it was a issue with ur firewall if the problem remains the game it's something else blocking.

Hello! I've disabled all 2 Firewalls (private and public networks), but it's still not downloading. I have McAfee too, and except Windows Defender, I don't have any more antivirus or antimalware programs. What can I disable more? :) It's a verry difficult problem...

I thought you said you didn't have any 3rd party AVs ??? Try without McAfee.

Please don't use McAfee, it's useless, if you need a antivirus please use kaspersky
Once you have uninstalled McAfee, restart your pc, and try the client again.
If it still does not work you can check if your ports are open or closed by going here

Hi, I've disabled Windows Firewalls and uninstalled McAfee, and the WOWS downloaded 3% (18.93GB remaining); but after that it stopped again. But I've discovered a new interesting thing. At WoT 'incoming connection port' is 6881 and at WOWS is the same. Should I modify this port?
