WinDefender notification issue  

Hi,

WinDefender notification does not work properly on a threat (test, eicar.com).
Notification does not come up and of course, there isn't any sound!
Although it shows it on Taskbar , when I click on white (action center) icon, there's nothing in there. As for settings:


Is it only for me or should we wait for 1809...debugging?

UPDATE...Issue has been solved by creating a new user account.
A corrupted user profile came with 1809 upgrade. As usually...

Actually, it was not a corrupted user profile issue. It was a "Background Apps" issue.

Turning all Background Apps OFF (Settings > Privacy > Background apps), WinDefender notifications cannot work because "Windows Security" app is included in there.

"Windows Security" cannot be considered as just a Background app, like "Tips", "Mail", "Weather" etc. and/or should not affect WinDefender inside settings.

WinDefender settings should not be affected by other/elsewhere settings, except those of Group Policy.
